
“Well! Where do I start?”
I am an ex-athlete, 40 year old woman with two young children. I wanted to lose the baby weight that I gained from my second child. I wanted to be more consciously aware of my nutrition and feel better about myself. I didn’t want to be on a constant diet. And I wanted be ok with going easy on myself when I felt it was necessary. I was searching for a way to kick start my motivation when I wasn’t feeling like working out.
I wanted to learn to not fixate on the scale and immediate success but have the long-term goal in the forefront of my mind.
I wanted to strive toward finding a balance and a consistency that I thought I could (realistically) not achieve. With Charlotte’s help and mentoring I have done it, and I am SO grateful! This work has changed my outlook regarding working out and my relationship with food forever.
