Having faced weight loss struggles after having two kids and feeling like I lost myself along the way, I understand how it feels. I was frustrated at myself and couldn’t understand why the methods I used previously to lose weight no longer worked. I felt exhausted all the time and found myself snacking, especially on the kids dinner (when I didn’t even want it!).
It wasn’t until I enrolled the support of a coach myself to encourage me and provide compassion that I started to make progress. And I finally began to feel like me again – empowered, confident and 10kg lighter.
