Come afternoon, as you prepare snacks for the kids, your hand sneaks into the biscuit jar – a quick fix for your mounting hunger and waning energy.

Lying in bed, exhausted yet unable to sleep, you promise yourself, "Tomorrow will be different." But the cycle repeats. Then, one day, you discover my page.

Dinner time is a blur. Between coaxing kids to eat their greens and managing the bedtime routine, you find yourself nibbling on leftovers. "It's better than wasting food," you tell yourself.

Having faced weight loss struggles after having two kids and feeling like I lost myself along the way, I understand how it feels. I was frustrated at myself and couldn’t understand why the methods I used previously to lose weight no longer worked. I felt exhausted all the time and found myself snacking, especially on the kids dinner (when I didn’t even want it!).

This inspired me to re-train and focus on supporting time poor mums like me.

It wasn’t until I enrolled the support of a coach myself to encourage me and provide compassion that I started to make progress. And I finally began to feel like me again – empowered, confident and 10kg lighter.
